Established in 1977, Randall Surveys LLP is a multi-disciplinary survey practice based in Bures, on the Essex/Suffolk border. We provide a full range of land, hydrographic, measured building and engineering surveying services to clients throughout the UK and from a variety of industries. We employ the latest survey techniques and equipment to provide fast, accurate and efficient spatially referenced data.
A large proportion of our work is repeat business from customers who recognise and appreciate our quality of service, flexibility and consistently high standards. We are also increasingly finding new clients who, either by reputation, word of mouth or experience, value working with a survey team that is adaptable enough to meet their requirements.
We continually invest in the latest surveying equipment and staff training to ensure our working practices are efficient and representative of the best in the marketplace. In addition to qualifications, our surveyors have vast practical experience which they can draw upon in the field when required – often of great benefit to the client.
It is this resourcefulness and flexibility that sets us apart from many other survey practices. All of our projects are different, so we take the time to understand a client’s requirements and the intended uses for survey drawings. This means we can tailor our proposal to offer the best and most cost-effective option. We’re not ones to be put off by an awkward or unusual job either! We enjoy the challenge of a specialist survey project, which requires out of the ordinary methods and equipment.
We take particular care and pride in the quality of our survey drawings, after all, that is what the customer is paying for! Our customers recognise and appreciate the extra time we take to ensure all of our drawings (available in both hard copy and electronic formats) are clear, concise and accurate. Experts in Laser Scanning and three dimensional modelling of all types of survey data, we can provide data in any format the client requires.
Randall Surveys is registered on the Achilles Utilities Vendor Database which provides supplier management information to utility purchasing organisations. We are registered, and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We are also an ISO 9001 registered firm, and a full member of The Survey Association.
